Writing, you're putting words on the page, you have the plot and stuff all worked out, you're scribbling, you're working, and it's a fairly straightforward process, although it's been known to make me sweat blood.
Someone tells you: Your timeline needs work, you need to add more emotion, no way would things happen that fast.
And suddenly you're trying to shoehorn stuff into an already-existing story that you never even thought about. You're trying to add things in that don't necessarily fit into the original structure.
In fact, it's that whole thinking thing that's giving me fits right now.
I wanted to enter Writers of the Future this quarter. Now I'm to the point where I don't know if I'll be able to do that...
